Art Rupe, Specialty Documents songs govt, dies at 104
NEW YORK — Music government Artwork Rupe, whose Specialty Data was a premier label through the formative many years of rock ’n roll and served launch the careers of Small Richard, Sam Cooke and quite a few others, has died. He was 104.
